Electricians on a wind turbine course (CELF, Nykobing F.) took advantage of a break to spontaneously visit Juul's tower, transformer house and museum. The strong storm at the site called for active rotor blades and the electricians fully understood the Association's ambition to get the Gedser Wind Turbine back into operation.

Anglers and hikers (along the coast from Gedser Marina) have created a footpath from the beach to the Gedser Wind Turbine.
In the summer of 2023, the footpath was cleared and expanded, as part of Guldborgsund Municipality's initiatives to improve access to the region's attractions.
